Fix auto right off of 205 and Stark is convenient. They were very nice, punctual and kept me updated regularly on my progress. This is the second time my Mazda cx5 has been sideswiped by another person and Fixed by FIX. The lovely red color has been perfectly matched to both sides! Mechanical issues were resolved and I felt they went thru my drive train, brakes, suspension and differentials quite thoroughly; a concern with AWD. The Apprasor kindly rubbed out some dog scratches on my ‘good side’. Staff were so nice and competent. My interior looks like it was detailed… Much appreciated. I Recently retired and I was So relieved my car was not totaled as one never gets a true value back towards replacement. Thank-you!

I had the best experience working with Fix Auto on Stark. I had a great previous experience with the Burnside location when I lived in that neighborhood, but this one was even better. I appreciated the friendliness and great customer service of everyone there, the regular communication on the progress of the repair (which was completed early!), and the perfection of the job. The back of my car where the repair was made looks brand new. I’ll absolutely be back if I need future repairs.
I recently took my car here for a broken center console and a shattered window due to attempted theft from my vehicle. I had an amazing experience with Patricia in the front office. She was very communicative about when my car will be completed and what the next steps looked like. She was so friendly and has a wonderful attitude. I got my car back squeaky clean which was so nice and all the repairs were done beautifully. They took care of speaking to the insurance company for me and I didn’t have to worry about a thing. I will definitely be coming back here if I ever need body repairs again.
Our Subaru outback needed the bumper replaced and we went to Fix auto east. They repaired the car quickly. The work was great. The customer service was excellent from start to finish. Patricia Dixon at the front desk was excellent, she was thorough in her explanations of the work, schedule etc. She was always extremely polite, helpful answering all our questions and she was cheerful.
