Customer service was amazing. Jeffrey always kept me updated on the repairs on my vehicle. Received my vehicle two days before the actual due date. When picking up my vehicle my battery was no good Jeffrey and his employees helped me by taking me to get a new battery and letting me borrow tools. Most definitely recommend bringing your vehicle here they are very professional.
Wow wow incredible service and customer service. I got side swiped by a trash truck in my Tesla. They really took care of me. Updated me with the progress and worked with me with my crazy schedule for pick up. I wish all business were this smooth and easy.
I had an excellent experience here! Vanessa and Veronica provided amazing customer service—super friendly, professional, and kept me updated throughout the process. My Model X was in great condition when I picked it up, and they even finished the work earlier than scheduled, which was a really nice surprise. Everything was handled quickly and smoothly. Highly recommend!
Going to let the pictures speak for themselves. I got my car back a week early than expected, very happy with that news. Only issue is my rear right wheel had no air after it was worked on but it’s nothing serious.
I owned a 2023 Toyota Tacoma Trd pro. They ripped off the inside and stole most of it. Insurance told mw to drop it of to fix auto. On February 28, 2025 drop off my car. First the estimate to fix my vehicle is around $13,783.53. On March 17, 2025, I received a new estimate they added a new supplement amount of $8,931.82 for NEW HEAD UNIT. " from Alex G. Recycled is still OEM i tried 4 stereos already each one had scratches on the face I submitted a supplement to USAA letting them know I'm ordering a new one. I'll Keep you posted" I was happy because expecting to receive new genuine 2023 Toyota Tacoma Head Unit. Fast forward to everything, I was called in on April 15, 2025 because they told me that everything was already installed and they have a problem with my after market S8 baja design light bar on top of my vehicle, " when i drop it off the light was properly working" so i went and check it they told me its not working. I check the wiring and the wire is not even connected to the switch. I thought they are professionals, just a simple plug in they dont know how to do, but again its ok i still trust them to do the right thing. On April 15, 2025 i was told that my car will be ready on April 18, 2025. which is good news since they anticipated complete date is June 30, 2025. I went there to check my car on April 21, 2025, to check my car again because they told me it was done and ready to pick up. So i went and check, they did not even touch the damage on the rear bumper, they told me that they don't know anything about it, but the guy who did the first estimate knows all about it. and the after market still doesn't work properly, which for me its ok i could fix that myself since they dont know what there doing for my after market light. And now final moment arrived Yesterday April 25, 2025. I was told my car is finish, so i went and pick it up trusting the place did everything right. Seems ok to me since it looks ok from the outside Then I got home im trying to connect my Toyota app to the head unit where i can use for my REMOTE CONNECT and SAFETY CONNECT. They wont connect at all. Now im worried, i did some searching stay up all night until 4am to figure out what is going on. I found out that the firmware that they installed is only for 2022 Toyota tacoma. Not for 2023. Now i feel like I need to check everything they put in there i don't trust them anymore. I will go back there on Monday (4/28/2025) to see what they say and what's there solution for this. After all there final estimate total that me and my insurance paid is $31,289.20 .. if i know its gonna be this much and not do the vehicle they right way i would have just gone somewhere else. ALWAYS CHECK YOUR VEHICLE ONCE THEY DONE. ALEX G. is great on keeping update.
