Great service and great communcation. My work laptop over heated and broke screen was repaired and can have no complaints. Would use again without a doubt and highly reccomend.
My laptop one day failed to turn on and I took it to Harvey, he had it fixed up and ready to collect the next day. He was fully transparent with prices which are very fair, and what work needed doing, quick to reply to my initial inquiry and all future communication, answered all my questions and gave me a bunch of advice to take away with me to look after my laptop. Amazing friendly service, honestly don't go anywhere else!
I would never go anywhere else for laptop support and fixes. Harvey doesn't leave you waiting for replies or updates (we all know how frustrating that is) and he would never charge for any unnecessary work to be done. I completely trust him with my laptop which is important considering then amount of personal and important information which can be accessed on my account there.
Absolutely amazing service from Harvey. He cleaned my laptop internally and even sent photo updates without me asking which was great. My fan was clogged with dust and faulty, vibrating and sounding like a chainsaw. Harvey went out of his way and found me a link to the correct replacement fan, which he did not have to do at all, and once it arrived he fitted it for less than half the price of other places, and explained processes along the way, which I really appreciated. My 5 year old laptop now runs smoother than ever, with no overheating or performance issues in games, even though it’s not a gaming laptop, which shows the quality of his work. Couldn’t recommend him more. Great service, fast communication, very fair prices, and a genuinely lovely, likeable guy. I’ll definitely be sending friends and family his way.
