I didn't try the exotic burgers. I did have the bacon and blue. Cooked to perfection. I initially wanted to add mustard to it. However after the first bite the blend of flavors was exactly perfect. Cooked exactly how I wanted it. My wife had the pattie melt. She could only eat half. Took the balance home. The onion strings were fantastic. Nothing I would change. This is in the mall that seems dead. That was initially a deterent in my mind. I'm lucky I don't live nearby this place as I'd eat here every week.
Tried this spot for the first time. It did not disappoint. This restaurant is located inside of an old mall looking place. Lots of vacant spaces and very little people passing through. This restaurant dare I say, is a hidden gem. I think the gentleman that served us was named Odin. If its not, im sorry sir. Nevertheless, he was amazing. Very friendly and made sure we had what we needed. This spot offers exotic meats like, elk, bison and boar just to name a few. I had the Asada burger. It was 🔥🔥🔥. A thick patty with a pile of garlic fries, then carne asada on that. Then topped with pico de gallo, sliced avocado and sour cream. It was absolutely delicious!!! Messy, but delicious. If I had to nitpick on something, I'd say that maybe the burger patty could have been seasoned more. Other than that, it was perfect. My buddy and I split an order of fries. They were cooked to perfection. Hot and crispy! I would not hesitate to go here again. Go check it out, you won't regret it.
Best burgers on the planet. A ton of great beers on tap. Small business, family owned and ran and we love supporting small businesses, we are always greeted and treated excellent. The owner, Odin and his family are awesome. Not only are the burgers the best, everything else is amazing. The sandwiches are great, their carnitas are in my personal top 3 best carnitas, and all the sides are super delicious. They just had their 18th anniversary so they've been around for a while. Places don't last that long if they aren't good, and this place is great. My favorite burger is the peanut butter and jelly bacon cheeseburger, the pastrami burger, and the tuna melt, my wife loves the carnitas burger and the carne asada burger, and my son loves the cheesy cheeseburger that has a pile of cheese sticks on it. If you're in the Sacramento area and want a great burger, this is your place.
I specifically just looked up burger places and this place popped up. It was a calm setting (went during the weekday around 2pm) was seated right away and our waitress asked even our seating preference. The menu is so beautiful. I needed extra time just to figure out what to order. I ended up ordering the gator bites, bacon blue burger, bacon cheddar burger, garlic fries and carne asada fried. Food came out quickly. The gator bites is come just to order that, so good. My blue burger was ordered medium well and it was cooked to perfection. Asada fries were loaded. But the garlic fries, it was so simple with so much flavor. I had to take a deep breath after trying everything. To top it off Odin came over spoke and went further into the menu. He was very accommodating. So I will be back and I will be trying his exotic burgers. This place is a must try
This place is fantastic! I used to visit their old location years back but this was my first time back and I'm glad I chose that for my birthday lunch with my sister. They have a great menu with exotic and non-exotic meats that you can choose to do burgers or sandwiches with. Their garlic fries and mozzarella sticks were fresh and delicious. My happy hour cheeseburger was also top-notch. The customer service was amazing as well. The owner personally comes and says hello to each guest making it feel like you're at home. The server we had was very patient with questions and was very attentive. I'll be back, especially because they also have a punch card for their in-house beers (plenty of fresh craft beer options on tap), to buy 6 and get one free. Who doesn't love a discount? Please check them out, you won't be disappointed.
