I took my awesome cousin she was visiting from Virginia so I thought about Fleming since it's right across the street from her hotel the service was immaculate the food was totally awesome and we had a great time connecting, the calamari as you can see only the on the plate was the FORK
From start to finish, our evening at Fleming’s Steakhouse in Raleigh was exceptional. Our server, Charles, set the tone with his professionalism, warmth, and deep knowledge of the menu—he guided us through each selection as if curating a personalized dining experience. The manager even stopped by for a table touch, adding to the sense that we were being genuinely cared for.The Cowboy Ribeye was perfectly cooked, tender, and rich with that signature steakhouse flavor. The Atlantic Lobster Tails were buttery and fresh, complementing the meat beautifully. The chipotle mac and cheese stole the spotlight as a side—creamy, smoky, and just the right touch of spice. I enjoyed a crisp non-alcoholic beer while my partner’s Blueberry Lemon Drop Martini was both stunning and delicious.We ended the night with a slice of cheesecake drizzled with raspberry sauce—decadent, smooth, and the perfect finale to a flawless dinner. Every detail, from the attentive service to the beautifully plated dishes, made us feel truly special.Fleming’s Raleigh delivered an outstanding experience, and thanks to Charles, it’s one we’ll be talking about for a long time.
Dinner was absolutely amazing. The filet mignon was cooked to perfection, tender, and full of flavor. Service was exceptional. We accidentally left our takeout behind and our server, Johnny, went above and beyond… he ran through the rain to make sure we got it back. That level of care is rare (pun intended). Best steakhouse experience we’ve ever had. Highly recommend.
Absolutely phenomenal experience here. Best steak ive had in 25 years of life. Oysters were amazing, dim ambiance was enjoyable as well. Zero complaints here
Our server, Heather, was phenomenal during our visit. The steak was cooked perfectly along with all the other food. The atmosphere was perfect and a sigh of relief was warranted for they did not rush us to finish dinner and leave. Also, Heather was extremely intelligent on not only the menu but promised customer service. That speaks volumes on how she wants her clients to feel during their dining experience!
