We visited several flooring stores during our project, and Flooring Warehouse was definitely the most welcoming. They have a great selection and knowledgeable and genuinely friendly staff. What we most liked was the relaxed atmosphere—there was no pressure or pushy sales tactics, just helpful guidance. Since choosing new flooring is a significant investment and can require time to consider all the options, we appreciated their patience and support throughout the process.
New to the area and a first-time homeowner. Would highly recommend Flooring Warehouse and Danny Vasquez for your flooring needs. It was a pleasure to work with Danny on product selection, purchase and installation. I never felt rushed while I was looking at different flooring products. Danny explained the pros and cons of the various types of flooring. He allowed me to take home several colors so I could see what color worked best in my home. He responds to calls and texts, is very professional and kind. The man (sorry don't remember his name) who installed the product did a wonderful job. installing the new flooring and removed the carpet that was being replaced. There was no trace of any trash, dirt or prior carpet left at my home. He made sure that the floor was level before installing the product. I was able to go to work and felt comfortable not being home while the flooring was being installed. The installer contacted me when he was just about finished and waited for me to return so that he could go over the installation with me. Smooth process from the beginning to the end. I believe that the product I selected is of great value and should any problems arise that they will be handled in a professional manner. Thanks Danny! The floor looks great!
Colby had got to be the most patient person I’ve met. I loved the wood floors in my house but unfortunately, due to a water leak, I had to replace my entire flooring. Since my flooring had been dis continued Colby did an exception job matching what I had but also through this expertise he recommended others. The process to remove my existing floor was great!! I was expecting lots of dust everywhere. Well was I wrong!! It was amazing! Then the guys came to lay the floor and their coordination in executing the plan was great. They moved furniture, leveled the glue (or whatever it was) and layer the new floor with no hesitation. My entire house (approx 2000 sq ft) was completed within a week. I was totally amazed on the precision of their work and before they left my floor was clean of any little spot or dust. I would highly recommend Colby and his crew for any flooring situation. Can’t thank them enough and my floors are beautiful!
We worked with Colby and Flooring Warehouse on flooring for our entire house. We were very happy throughout the whole process. Colby was very knowledgeable about all of their flooring options and he worked with us on installation timing. We installed Coretec LVP and Shaw carpet. Install went very smooth and Flooring Warehouse's crews did excellent work. Very clean crew. Overall, we recommend Flooring Warehouse to anyone who is installing new flooring. Fair pricing, excellent communication and quality work.
Review #2 This is the second time we've worked with Colby and Flooring Warehouse. The process, communication, install crew and results have been FANTASTIC! I could not recommend them more highly. We had a bit of a tricky install because we were adding on to existing wood floors. The crew did an awesome job and were able to integrate the new flooring without the need for transition strips. Their tile work was exceptional as well. On top of all that, they were courteous, hard working, trustworthy, and clearly took a lot of pride in their work. Review #1 From the start, Colby at Flooring Warehouse was responsive, helpful, communicative, and professional. He made the experience of replacing all the old, dated flooring in our 1970s townhouse seamless and painless. The end result is a mix of tile and hardwood and looks fantastic!
