Oriana was amazing! She messaged me prior to arrival to confirm someone would be home and I was initially taken back and thought she had the wrong address and wrong person bc it’s not a holiday or anyone’s birthday so I couldn’t believe someone sent me something on a random day! My son and his family ordered the most beautiful arrangement from Floral Concepts. I received a text to confirm delivery time; since I was not going to be home until 10:00 pm, I called the shop and they were incredibly accommodating and said they could deliver to my office. The arrangement I received was absolutely beautiful. The flowers were so fresh and fragrant…. Sheer perfection!! Five days later and the flowers look as fresh as the day I received them. Thank you for the quality of the flowers and your kindness in changing the delivery location. I will gladly recommend your shop.
