SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY! OVERPRICED FOR TERRIBLE QUALITY AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I ordered a large bouquet of roses as a birthday gift for my girlfriend. I spent over $300 and tipped both the driver and company for the order. My girlfriend received the roses and within hours they had already drooped over and appeared to be dying. The photos that I attached below are hours after receiving the bouquet on the same day.We followed step by step instructions when it came to flower care immediately after receiving them and nothing improved. After reaching out to display our concerns, the company tried offering a small discount on a future order. Why would I want to order from them again after receiving such a poor order in the first place? They told us that they would reach back out with a solution/compensation for our order. It's been over a week later and they never sent anything. Also, after looking at social media, their pages displayed multiple videos that show disrespect and negligence towards the customers. This business is very unprofessional and seems to be run by a bunch of teenagers through a hole in the wall. Safe to say I will not be ordering again.
These photos were taken 2 and a half days after the delivery was made. I spent $150 dollars on this bouquet including delivery. Though they look worse in these images than they did upon delivery, they also did not look great at the time of delivery. Nearly half of the flowers were already wilted around the edges. The dahlias were supposed to be all one color (red/orange). The florist reached out and let me know they were out of dahlias and they expected more the next day but were unsure what colors they would receive. I said any color was fine, but was still a bit disappointed that they were unable to fulfill the request of them being all one color. Overall I am very disappointed. A couple days later and the flowers look nearly dead. Even the recipient reached out to me to let me know how poor of a condition they were in. When I reached out to the company they offered me a 7% refund, and said I could get an additional 7% off a future order. I find this to be quite an insufficient response. Their reason for not offering more was because I reached out after 24 hours from when the delivery was made. Pretty lousy excuse when you can clearly see how awful these flowers look just a few days later. Total waste of $150…
