Our sump pump failed late at night and water was flooding the house. We were panicking, and Flow Pros LLC came through immediately. They showed up fast, took control of the situation, and stopped the flooding before it caused major damage. Truly saved our home. Forever grateful — highly recommend!
Alex went above and beyond. I needed a smoke test to find where the pests were entering my attic. Alex completed a series of smokes and it wasn’t conclusive, so instead of giving up he went to get a 6” test ball to clog the clean out to try again. (He even went to give my neighbors a heads up that there was smoke in case they saw it in their home!) The 6th smoke attempt was the charm and he led me to an old toilet line in the garage that I had never used. He found the 3” plug and sealed it up. Thank you Flow Pros and Alex for the help and great service!
Updated post and rating - I had a really bad interaction with the first tech Elijah and was ready to call a different company even though having a warranty on the previous work that was done. But after speaking to management they had Bradley come out. Bradley was fantastic, polite and courteous the entire time. He was able camera my line and explain the current status and recommendations for a way ahead. Bradley did not try charging me for work I did not need done but instead wants to work with me to ensure we identify the actual problem so we address that.
Mr. Zummo came as expected. Talked about what options I had. Made great suggestions and end up making our home better than before. Great service and keep me updated throughout thr process. Would recommend to all my friends.
Flo Pro Plumbing was fantastic from start to finish. We recently had a water softener installed, and our technician, Kahlil, did an outstanding job. He was punctual, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. Kahlil took the time to explain the system, answer all our questions, and make sure everything was installed perfectly. The quality of his work and his attention to detail were clear. We’re extremely happy with the service and highly recommend Flo Pro Plumbing—and especially Kahlil—for anyone needing plumbing work done. Great experience all around!
