With so many options to choose from always a lucky dip when selecting a n online florist. This company have made my day after obtaining recipients details from me they were in contact and discovered she would be away for delivery . This was unbeknown to me. They then rearranged delivery for return and flowers have been received. Outstanding service , will be my go to from now on .

I was delighted when I found exactly what I was looking for at very short notice. Unfortunately we lost my beloved mother in law on Christmas Day. We were going to visit her grave in a few days after her burial. You see in our culture women don’t go to the graveyard during the funeral so this was my first time. I wanted to scatter fresh rose petals on her new grave. I was really happy I found what I was looking for in a timely manner. Beautiful flowers for a beautiful lady.0
This experience was wonderful. The flowers were just as described and exactly what I ordered. I was extremely happy with the device and very friendly and helpful staff. My daughter who just gave birth to her little baby boy was delighted with them and she and her husband loved the colour of the Singapore orchids. Thank you so much and would use this company again. I had a very disappointing experience with my recent online order (Order ID: FAS-473183) placed on 10/11/25 for a birthday bouquet. At first, the customer service was very helpful, I accidentally chose an anniversary balloon instead of a birthday one, and they quickly helped me change it. I really appreciated that. However, when the flowers arrived, the wrapping was poorly done. The bouquet wasn’t tied securely, and the white wrapping paper was just placed on the side instead of properly wrapped. When I carried it a short distance (about 200 meters) to a restaurant for the celebration, the paper had already come loose before I even got there, and I couldn’t take any nice photos with it. Later, the balloon also came off, and I had to walk back along the street to find it. It was really disappointing, especially for a birthday gift. What made it even more upsetting is that this was the first time my young niece received flowers in her life, and sadly, it was not a pleasant experience for her. I understand that I chose the “florist’s choice” option, so I wasn’t expecting the bouquet to look exactly like the one on the website. However, the wrapping style turned out to be completely different and didn’t look good at all. In addition, since my recipient is Chinese, the cold white wrapping paper didn’t feel appropriate for a birthday, it actually made her a bit unhappy. The overall presentation just felt careless and far below expectations. I truly hope the shop can improve the arrangement and packaging quality, as the final result didn’t match the price or the otherwise good service I received earlier. Updated on 13/11/2025 I was really impressed with the service from this flower shop. Lulu and Jess, the person in charge, reached out to me right after seeing my feedback. Without me even asking, they offered to send a replacement of fresh seasonal flowers with free shipping. My niece received the flowers and was so happy with them! I’ve updated my review to 5 stars to thank them for their efficiency and sincere apology. I’ll definitely recommend this shop to others.
