My son loves all the various activities there. Climbing, jumping using the trampolines, arcade games, mini golf. Amazing place.
I booked my daughter’s birthday party at Flying Squirrel expecting a fun, stress-free celebration. Instead, it turned into a frustrating and disappointing experience. The package promised two hours of jump time and 30 minutes in the party room—that was the reason I chose this venue. What we got was completely different: one hour of jumping, then pizza, then more jumping, and 30 minutes for cake at the end. Kids don’t need 30 minutes for cake, and this schedule wasted precious time and caused confusion. To make matters worse, I had to fight for what I paid for. I spoke with the coordinator, then the front desk, and waited while they called the manager—losing another 10–15 minutes. On a child’s birthday, this is unacceptable. For a $600 party, parents should not have to argue to get what was advertised. If you promise two hours of jump time, deliver it and be upfront about the real schedule. I would've planned it differently if I knew it was two hours of jump time from the beginning. This lack of transparency ruined what should have been a joyful day. The facility itself is great, but the disorganized process and misleading information made this one of the most stressful experiences I’ve had as a parent. I've never had this problem at any other venues I booked before. Until they fix this, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for your child’s party.
I had a blast with my toddlers and family. Fair prices for military members, active and retired. Clean facilities, multiple areas to play for all ages, an arcade, food and drink available, lockers for your belongings, and fantasticly kind staff that are viable throughout. I am excited to return to let my inner child play!! I would've taken pictures of the trampoline area but I was having too much fun 😂
This is not a good place for grand parents. Sensory overload. I will say that this birthday party celebration was well put together and the staff was pleasant. Pizza was not good and other food was bland. This is a clean place. There is a feeling of being over crowded, noisy and uncontrolled. There was one exit that was blocked.
Biggest and best trampoline park in the area. Been here twice, once midweek, and once on the weekend... Go midweek if you can. Absolute zoo on the weekend. Plenty of movement-based fun for little kids, tweens, teens, or hyperactive adults 😁. Staff seem pretty chill, and will pretty much let you do your thing if it's clear you have the skills to do it safely.
