Huge thanks to Chris, the store manager, absolutely amazing service! We had a mattress delivery that felt almost impossible to get up to the second floor, and Chris went above and beyond to help us. He actually came to our home on Saturday afternoon after hours and personally helped move the mattress upstairs. We’re so grateful for his time, effort, and willingness to help. It genuinely saved us a lot of time, stress, and money. You don’t see this level of customer service often anymore. Couldn’t be happier with the experience. Thank you so much, Chris!
Friendly and helpful staff with practical knowledge that helped us choose the perfect lounge for our new home. Absolutely love our new couch - comfortable and spacious for all family members and visitors that enter our home. Exceptional quality and easy to assemble - I can tell it will last many years! I recently bought a chair from Focus Furniture. The lady who assisted me when I placed the order was very nice and helpful at first. She explained everything clearly and told me I could pick up the chair from their warehouse loading zone. However, when I went to collect it, things changed. The chair was quite heavy and required two people to lift, but I wasn’t told this beforehand. When I asked for help, the same lady’s attitude changed completely — she told me to “go and come back with someone.” I felt very disappointed, especially because other furniture stores (like Amart or Fantastic Furniture) usually have staff available to assist customers in loading heavy items into their cars. I suggested that they should verbally inform customers at the time of purchase if pickup items are heavy or if no lifting assistance is provided. This is especially important for elderly customers, pregnant women, or anyone recovering from an injury. Thankfully, a young male staff member came to help me load the chair into my car. He was very kind, polite, and professional — he really made my day. Because of his excellent customer service, I am giving this store a good rating. I hope the management takes note and provides proper customer service training for the staff member I dealt with, as attitude and communication make a big difference in a customer’s experience
