I found Forever Diamonds Jewelers a few months ago because of a coupon. And boy, am I glad I did! This family own business could not be any more friendly, attentive or helpful! I originally brought in a ring that needed a replacement stone. They matched it perfectly! And the price was more than fair! In fact, today when I went in to pick up a family heirloom that needed the chain repaired, there was no charge! What?!?! At this point I'm looking for things to bring in, especially things I've neglected over the years! No reason not to, especially now that I've found people who I know I can trust and are a pleasure to work with!
We bought our wedding/engagement rings here in 2017, and I just recently had to bring mine in for a repair (retip on the main diamond head, a rhodium wash since it’s white gold, and cleaning). It’s hasn’t looked so beautiful or shiny in a very long time (my fault because I keep forgetting to bring it in for complimentary cleanings) and I am so happy. The turn around was very fast and reasonably priced. I know their work lasts much longer than a repair at a department store like Sears or JC Pennys. Rusty is very friendly and so helpful and easy to work with. If you’re looking for a repair on a prized piece, or to buy something special for that special someone, can’t recommend them enough!
If you're in the market for some jewelry and you like being made to feel special, then this is the jeweler for you. Rusty, the owner, is awesome and knows his stuff. My husband told me to pick out a ring but instead Rusty suggested we create a new design. Let me tell you, my ring came out beautiful! It didn't take very long and the attention to detail is astounding. We've been going to Rusty for jewelry repair, watch batteries and jewelry cleaning for over 10 years and we are always treated as if we are his #1 customers. I will continue to go to Rusty even after we move to Prescott.
We have purchased from Forever Diamonds for over a decade. I had lost my semi-custom wedding ring while on vacation and asked Caroline if she could recreate it...she went above and beyond working with my husband to get my "upgraded ring" absolutely perfect. They are the best!!
Rusty & his staff go above & beyond for their customers. I recently had an issue with a ring that was purchased, with no fault to the jeweler, something I had some to it.
