I came today to purchase the 2025 Can Am Jet Sky. And i was looking around for a salesman. No one approached, so I decided to go and see the jet sky. I saw one, and I said this is the one I want, so I decided to turn on the dashboard to see all the functions of the machine, white female came and said, what you doing? I responded back, "I turn on, and I am interested in this one and she replied back. Please dont touch the machine And she emphatic said again Please don't I was like, how I am going see the cluster? I mean, no salesperson to show me the machine Then, a guy came to join the conversation, and he did try to de escalate Sense I got mad Long story short I am going back to kawasaki and buying their 2025 Jet Sky Fort Worth motor sports has good inventory, but the customer service is terrible I wish I was able to speak to the manager or the owner. I was looking for thier can am and I was going buy cash Stay a way from this place Find a better dealer with the right personal
Brought my Can Am Ryker.in for repairs. Got an estimate for over $5000 worth of parts & repairs which was fine with me but then was told they didn't want to do two days work on my bike. Then had to wait over 15 mins at the parts desk while the repair guy who said he didn't want to work on my bike, chit chatted with a customer in front of me with a $7 purchase. Totally ignored me. Repair guy at the desk very unprofessional, unfriendly and rude. I'm looking to purchase another bike but I DEFINITELY want buy anything from them...
Everything was done through email and telephone because I live 2 hours away and couldn’t get away. They held my Honda Supercub for me and all I had to do was to drive over on my day off and pick it up. Two other dealerships lost a sale because they refused to take a down payment over the phone and hold the cycle for me. Your loss was my gain. Thank you Fort Worth Motorsports for working with my situation.
Absolutely the best vehicle buying experience I've ever had! Brad and Erica are so amazing, they helped me get the trike of my dreams. I will definitely be sending everyone I can to them! My dad already wants one, and he said he's gonna go to Fort Worth Motorsports even though he lives in rockwall because of how great the service is.
I brought my 2000 Shadow ACE in to replace the rear brake pads, change the oil and rebuild the carbs. I picked up the bike and it seemed to run fine. It took the service manager Tony Gallegos about 30 minutes to take payment. After waiting around to simply pay, Tony Gallegos did not apologize for wasting my time because you know “dumb computers.” After riding the bike for about 15 miles, the entire exhaust bracket fell off completely. Luckily this was at a low speed. After inspecting the exhaust’s connection to the head and the bracket, I noticed numerous odd nuts and bolts. Some were standard and some were metric with variations in metal type and finish. 4 nut and bolt combinations were missing all together. The chain had so much slack in it that I could lift the chain all the way off the rear sprocket. At a high speed, this would have easily caused a fatal wreck. I called Tony and explained what happened. He immediately told me that it was unrelated because no mechanic would ever remove the exhaust to do a brake job or carb job. Then he told me this is because the mechanics he manages are on commission. Then he told me it was because he has been doing this same terrible work for 41 years. The exhaust was bolted on securely for 20,000 and then magically falls off after Tony Gallegos manages work on the bike. Fort Worth Motorsports should loose their license to service motorcycles. Stay away-it is to dangerous to work with Tony Gallegos.
