We are new to town and needed a groom for a mini labradoodle. I looked online and decided that this was the place we were going to try. It was so easy to book online and I was able to get an appt that worked for my schedule. They were so nice from the moment we entered! I also LOVED that there's not that overpowering scent that some grooming places have. If it it's overpowering to me, and I'm there for a moment, I can't imagine for the pups having to endure it. Two hours later when I picked up my pup, he looked so good I already booked my next appt!! Thank you for taking care of my fur baby!!
I want to give a huge shoutout to Jhonatan at Four Paws in Everett. He always does an incredible job with my Pomchi, Binbu, and his grooming skills are truly top-notch. Every time Binbu comes out, he looks adorable, clean, and so well cared for. What means the most to me is the patience and gentleness Jhonatan shows. Binbu is a senior dog, and even though he’s very easygoing, he still needs a little extra attention and care. Jhonatan treats him with so much kindness, and I can tell he’s always looking out for his comfort and well-being. The holiday bandana this time was such a sweet touch; Binbu looked beyond handsome! If you have a pet, especially a senior dog who deserves extra love, I highly recommend Jhonatan. He’s talented, thoughtful, and genuinely cares about the animals he works with.
After trying a few different groomers and hoping something better existed, I finally found Four Paws and instantly became a fan. My top priorities are my puppy’s experience and the quality of the cut. Everything else comes after: cost, scheduling, the vibe, and convenience. Four Paws exceeds my expectations on every level. My puppy literally pulls on the leash because he’s so excited to walk through their doors. Rhiassa at the front desk always greets him like he’s the highlight of her day and is unusually gracious if I’m a little late. Diego, one of the groomers, is patient and invites input through the window. (This last time letting me make multiple tweaks.) Scheduling is super easy and dramatically better than every other experience I’ve had. I can always find an appointment within a few days (!!) and their online system shows the full calendar so there’s no guessing. They send helpful texts to remind me of appointments, let me know when my pup is ready, and even follow up if I close the online scheduler without booking, in case a phone call would be easier. It’s an unusual and wonderful balance: super efficient and tech-savvy, yet genuinely warm and people/dog-centered. The only drawback is the Everett location as it’s outside my normal Cambridge radius. But I recently discovered that the Everett Library (.4 miles away) is gorgeous and has become the perfect spot to work while I wait. I can’t recommend Four Paws highly enough.
I took Oliver and Lulu to Four Paws Grooming and couldn’t be happier! They came out looking perfect — Oliver fluffy and fresh, and Lulu with the cutest colorful style. The groomers even gave me a progress report with photos, which was such a thoughtful touch. Great service, super friendly staff, and my pups were so happy. Highly recommend!
Absolutely love this grooming place! They’re so professional, caring, and always gentle with my puppies. What truly touches my heart is how they take their time, send me the cutest pictures after grooming, and always share helpful info after each visit. I highly recommend them! And they speak Portuguese, Spanish, and English—whatever makes you feel most comfortable. 🐾💛
