Nick V was amazing. He was very thorough, explained everything on my heater and he and his boss were great explaining my options for replacement. I would recommend these guys 100% in fact my neighbor is using them too!
Hector more than 5 star!! This guy showed up and fixed my older in wall unit in less than 20 minutes!! When others told me I would need to replace the whole thing and quoted me insane amounts!! Hector is a star on the four seasons team and can’t recommend this company more.
I called and an appointment was scheduled. The next morning Nick V arrived on time for a free estimate/assessment of my thermostat. Friendly, he introduced himself and put on throw away slippers before entering the house. He uncovered the heating unit & read the code. He kept me informed every step of the way. Washed the filter. Reset the unit. However, thermostat was still blank. He took a photo of the unit to call and see if under warranty. Agreed to follow-up and provide an estimate. VERY IMPRESSED WITH NICK & QUALITY OF SERVICE TO ASSESS THE PROBLEM. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Four Seasons Heater & Air Service. It was a free estimate!
4 season HVAC installed a brand new HVAC system and new duck work . Professional team, on time , and the system work great overall experience. Great job by Rich and Juan the really nailed it
Daniel Rivera and Eric Hinojosa are very professional and get our brand-new HVAC system installed timely. They have answered my questions politely given that I probably asked too many dumb questions. Overall, I am very satisfied with their services in particular and with Four Seasons Heating & Air company in general. Kenneth did a great maintenance job. He explained everything thoroughly about the air purifier and pressure tank that I need. He convinced me successfully, and I agreed to install these two items that will help to protect the AC heating system and heating water tank from building mold and toxins inside the central AC heating system.
