NAILA provided me with the BEST mani / pedi that I have ever had! I am so upset that I will not be this satisfied back home in NYC. I may have to travel to this salon on a monthly. That's how good my experience was. She took her time and I didn't feel like my service was rushed. I have an issue with my little toe nail ( non existent ) , she was able to file and paint the little bit that I do have. I keep my nails short and she was able to create a beautiful natural shape that makes my hands look so beautiful 😍. So glad I found this place!
I went this past Wednesday, December 10th as a last minute walk in. I don’t live in Chicago but this place had great reviews. All I needed was a 2 color Gel Manicure. No extensions, nothing fancy. I’ve had multiple gel manicures prior so I knew what to expect. Everything was fine, she was nice enough but was talking the whole time to her friend that was sitting next to her the whole time. I paid, tipped on Venmo and moved on. But later that evening I felt a bubble in one of my nails. Shortly after that the first nail polish moved and tore off. Then the next day, a second nail bubbled and eventually tore away. I couldn’t go back or I would have. But I’m very disappointed. Today another nail is chipping and tearing away. I now have to go pay to have them fixed and do it the correct way.
had a great experience at this nail salon. The place is very clean, well-organized, and professional. The staff is welcoming and makes you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. I’m really happy with how my nails turned out—they look beautiful and exactly how I wanted them. A special thank you to Jessie for doing such an amazing job and paying attention to every detail. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this salon
Booked a last minute gel manicure as I had some time in between appointments, and was misled by the positive reviews for this place. There are so many things I observed, experienced that make this place less than ideal: - Nail tech pushed away a couple of my cuticles with her nails vs a tool - Nail tech shook the towel with my old gel polish, nail clippings, etc. onto the ground in front of her - Nail techs that weren't working were sitting/lounging around where people, including myself, were being serviced - super unprofessional - I asked for rounded nails, and got squared oval - Instead of fixing clumpy application, the nail tech kept layering on more gel polish - Nail tech didn't check to see where polish was left in my fingers I wouldn't recommend getting your nails done here - there are plenty of other spa options.
just got my nails done with Tink and I absolutely love them! She was so sweet and caring the whole time, always checking in to make sure I was comfortable and happy with each step. She asked if I liked them every time she added something. The end result is perfect—I couldn’t be happier. Definitely recommend her!
