Fox Pest Control has always done a great job at our house. They have successfully rid our house of ants and have removed wasp and yellow jacket nests on several occasions. Recently, we had a problem with mice. On today's monthly service, Jonathan took extra time in the freezing weather to thoroughly search the property for areas where the mice could be getting in and then made recommendations based on his findings. Fox has consistently been prompt and detail oriented, and their communication is excellent.
Jonathan was thorough and went around twice to make sure he didn't miss any openings. He was very pleasant and gave me a few suggestions to keep my house plants bug free. I like his friendliness and knowledge of what he was doing. Thanks to him and others, I am now almost bug-free.
Today Christopher Riebman provided us with excellent service, taking great care of our front and back yard. His professionalism and attention to detail, especially educating us on how to handle or post treatment tips were fantastic. These folks are a credit to the company. Great, reliable service every time.......Jonathan Leake is a professional and made sure both the front and back yard were taken care of properly. I really appreciate the attention to detail especially backyard over the fence and the great service. Also previous couple times Jonathan Ewing was here to treatment and he also did a very professional job covering all the areas.
There has been a noticeable decline in ant movement and sightings. The last two visits have been very beneficial. Toni and Caleb treated the home and barn area. There has been no indication of ants inside the home and the barn area has decreased significantly. I removed leaves and debris from the perimeter of the house which seemed to eliminate ant traffic. I can't remember such a dramatic decrease in the 38 years we have lived here.
My husband and I were won over by Robbie. He was such a polite, professional, respectful and personable young man. He is quite the salesman and I’m sure could sell ice to an Eskimo with his reasoning and logic. He negotiated a more than fair price we couldn’t say no to. Even included treating our swing set!!
