Today was my first wax with this place, it was genuinely so clean and efficient, Brielle is amazing and extremely professional as well as very kind to talk to and will make you feel very at ease, the reception and staff were lovely as well, I recommend it fully!!
I have had several services done here and I highly recommend this place. The space is incredibly clean and adjusted to your personal needs. You are not just an appointment filling a time slot but rather a person treated with care, kindness and that personal touch. There is no rush to get you in an out, but rather the team creates a space, that slows down, answers your questions, and you leave feeling great about yourself and how you look. This is definitely the place to go for waxing, lashes or aesthetics! They are a fabulous team.
I went in for Botox and was truly impressed by how beautiful the clinic is. From the moment I arrived, I felt very welcomed , the staff is incredibly kind and professional. Valerie did my Botox, and she is an absolute gem. She took the time to explain everything thoroughly, answered all my questions, and made me feel completely at ease. I’m already looking forward to seeing my results and have my follow-up appointment in two weeks 😊 They also offer laser treatments, including hair removal, which is great to know. Highly recommend this place!!!!
Update 25/11/29 I was not happy after a service I got today and they offer a discount on my next appointment. They reacted quickly and i appreciate the care. Thank you Update 25/09/25 After my initial comment about my experience with the website, I still decided to give it a try and it was worth it. I booked online a photo-rejuvenation and a consultation. I was welcomed by Fery who did an amazing job at every stage of the process. She is very professional and I felt between good hands. After just one session I am very happy with the results. For the online booking, I was not charged anything after I confirmed the session. I paid after the service. I am very glad such a place is located close to where I live because I intend to come back regularly. They deserve more than 5 stars and Fery herself deserves a constellation
I have followed Valerie everywhere she goes because she is absolutely the best! She is friendly, professional, and knows how to make you feel relaxed and comfortable. You can tell that she really cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. I highly recommend!!
