This is the absolute best Chiropractor I’ve ever been to! After my car accident i wasn’t immediately sent to Freeform, but after my own research I saw they were close to my house and had good reviews so of course I asked to be switch! To start off Dr. Dustin and his team are very professional, personal, and knowledgeable! The communication is top tier! The ladies at the front will communicate every appointment through text or call whichever you prefer! Jess always keeps me on top of my appointments! The facility is extremely clean! They offer in house X-rays which is great for anyone like me with a very busy and unpredictable work schedule! I will continue to recommend Dr. Dustin and his team to my friends and family!

I’ve never been to any place with such impeccable customer service. The treatment has made a huge difference in my daily life.
