Art & Donald really took care of us for a more than reasonable price. They pay attention to every detail and have so much enthusiasm for their craft. I was on a business trip, driving from LA to SF. We have to visit a shop at Fresno so we took the longer path. My 2006 Hummer H2 was broken soon as we parked at the shop over at Fresno. The bushing part was broken so I couldn’t shift. It was horrifying since the shift is already in P, but the car won’t stop moving. I pressed the foot brake and turned the engine off, which then was in gear. Helpless and exhausted, I called the guyes over Fresno Auto Service. It was already 6:30pm. The Owner and the Staff were so efficient in diagnosing the problem and finding the part. The owner tried his best to make several calls in town just trying to get the part asap. In the end, everything got fixed within 20 minutes and we were not overcharged at all. I am so thankful. I wish them all the best. God bless you my friend🙏.
I was on my way home from Vegas when my check engine light came on. I called and told them about my situation. While other shops quoted me an outrageous price just for a diagnosis, Fresno Auto Service offered to diagnose it for free after hearing about my desperate situation. After the diagnosis, they found that it was a simple issue so they fixed and cleared my problem very quickly. Excellent service, honest, and prompt. I see why they have the best ratings in Fresno!
