Unfortunately after having bought a sectional not even 7 months ago, the couch is sagging and super uncomfortable to sit on at this point. Big waste of $2,000 and will have to buy a new couch already. Just trying to save someone else from wasting their money.
I ordered a custom couch through lifestyle. It took a little longer than expected for it to get delivered, but they refunded the delivery fee, so no complaints there. The couch is beautiful!
Do not recommend purchasing furniture from this store! I purchased brand new king size bed set for $3700 and got it delivered on 11/21. Bed on arrival had scratches/ding as shown in the pictures. At the store, the mirror was hanging on the wall, I took pictures of the bed set in order to match it when it comes home. When the time came to install mirror, handyman x2 from this store said that "they have been told to install it with the dresser". I talked to the store rep on the phone who said the handy man x2 are not allowed to install mirror on the wall and she will "fire the employee if they attempt to do it". They sent the bed with scratches/ding along with loose screws and sold me the items contrary to how they were shown at the display in store. Refused to accept the mistake and reimburse. I declined to accept the furniture and did not e-sign. Handyman started to say obscene words and I had to call the cops and so they had to leave. Store rep was very rude and bullish. I have escalated the matter with the my credit card and will pursue the case at a higher level. Substandard customer service.
A very well stocked store. Plenty of every kind of furniture including bedrooms, living rooms, dining sets and others. The staff was very present but didn't hover around me as I looked around. Probably one of the larger stores in the area and the prices were comparable or better than other stores I went to in the area. Lots of parking and conveniently located at Shaw and Blackstone.
Nous avons parcouru toute la ville à la recherche d'un canapé et d'un canapé deux places. C'était après une mauvaise expérience chez La-z-boy. Nous sommes allés chez Mor qui n'avait pratiquement que deux couleurs pour tous leurs meubles rembourrés : beige ou gris. Nous sommes aussi allés chez Lifestyle. Nous avons trouvé un canapé et un canapé deux places assortis. Qualité vraiment excellente. Ensemble, cela a coûté un peu plus de 800 dollars POUR LES DEUX !!!! Maintenant, il faut comprendre que beaucoup d'articles sont sur commande. Il a fallu plusieurs semaines pour les obtenir. Cependant, cela en valait vraiment la peine d'attendre. Amy au bureau était vraiment formidable. Je vous recommande vivement au moins de jeter un coup d'œil à Lifestyle.
