We had an excellent experience and a great price! Starting with Sales, Robert was very informative gave us all the details and worked with us on the Price for our budget. Miguel got us started on time and started the job 72 hours later they did a great job with the cleanup .. I was very particular about being clean and tidy, and they paid attention. I had I really Appreciated Cristian And Humberto they finished the HVAC and Humberto installed our water system and tankless system as well. I can see it took a lot of work, but it looks beautiful the copper pipes and his technique on making it functional and aesthetically pleasing. I know he did his best and I appreciate that. Thank you as far as the system working it’s awesome !
Great service. Robert was very thorough and was able to determine the cause of the problem with the furnace and resolved the issue quickly. It was covered under the Friars 2 year maintenance plan for our HVAC system.
Technicians were great today- 5 stars. They looked for issues and troubleshoot the issue. New equipment was installed quickly and no issues with their service at all. My rating is for Friars overall -My problem is that the upgrades offered today were not part of the original install. A surge protector should be standard or at least noted as an option. As a customer I rely on experts to let me know all options. As we invested in these units I obviously want to protect them from unnecessary damages. Disappointed and not sure I'd recommend your install to others based on this. We would have done these if they were offered on the original install.
Just had the Friars team at my house for maintenance and they are a great team. Matthew and Robert were friendly and honest. They also educated me and showed me a few tips. I felt very comfortable with them and signed up for annual maintenance. Update: on my 2nd service I wasn’t too happy with the service but they sent out Robert and he fixed everything. Robert carefully diagnosed what was needed and didn’t rush the process. I only want Robert servicing my unit. 5 stars because Robert saved the day and restored my trust here.
Miguel and Edgar were amazing. Very polite, respectful and helpful. They did a great job and kept everything clean. Cleaner than before they came. My first contact with Juan Carlos was great - he set up appt for estimate. Rick came and he too was polite and respectful. We are impressed with this company.
