Either you have money or not frugal furniture got you covered. They have this great guy (Emmanuel) ready to go above and beyong. Either you want to finance or leasing or lay away he will get you an option that fits your budget. Furniture are top compare to Jerusalem or Bob. Very satisfy will continue to come. Looking for furniture in the whole Massachusetts go to frugal furniture specially the one in 1299 blue hill ave, where Emmanuel is at, very pleasant guy and cool. Once you entered the store he made sure to welcoming you and let you know to do not hesitate to bring any questions you might have. I felt so comfortable , compare to Jerusalem where the guys are mean and not chill at all. Plus Emmanuel speaks all the languages he is an Amazing seller. He deserves recognition.
Frugal used to be better but now they dont have any good customer service. They lied for no reason make us clients look bad. Waiting for a delivery on the 26th box spring couldnt fit driver told me they will return at 2 pm same day never showed up, call customer service they said monday i would get the delivery ,i took the day off waiting for my delivery and this is when they finally decided to tell me that i would need to pay $50 when i told them that they never mentioned that they said yes i did and i had called you to confirmed that. which i know they lied about. I had to come in the store to see Emmanuel and pay that 50 dollars and i couldnt even get my delivery today again which is the 29th. Their customer service sucks and lied big time.
Highly recommend frugal furniture at 1299 blue hill ave. They ve got the best prices. And I’m so happy Emmanuel is back great guy , very friendly and helpful. He has helped me many time in the past with leasing program.
I hightly recommend Frugal Furniture store in Mattapan, prices are the best and Emmanuel the Store manager is the best when it comes to pay attention to our details, very friendly, professional and patient. My husband had some issues with our synchrony card we came to Emmanuel and he was very patient on helping us resolving the issues. He is the best, always smiling.
