This was are first time here today. Wayne served us today and was extremely polite and helpful. Nice to go somewhere with children and staff couldn’t be more helpful. Looking forward to our next visit soon. Great day had by us all.
Was in this place for the first time before an Event on Friday 16th January and honestly it was far better than we expected. We originally live just outside Bristol and are used to Hollywood Bowl styled arcade, but this is far better and exceeded our expectations. The variety caters for pretty much everybody and if you can’t find something to enjoy in here then you shouldn’t be in here at all. The pre-paid card option is far easier rather than scrambling for coins and cash. Steven assisted on us and was absolutely first class in explaining everything and making sure if we needed help that he was on hand. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be back!
Had a lovely weekend here, from the moment I walked in I was greeted by Kal and he helped me and my son get set up with a wee funcard and overall he was a great help when it came to us asking questions and how the whole place works. The place itself looks a lot better than most other arcades, very open so it doesn’t feel closed off in a corner. But over all a very good experience and a big thanks to Kal again for the help, will definitely be back for another day out with the kids.
We had such a fantastic experience here with a group of young people from Mencap. I spoke with Teale on the phone beforehand to check dietary requirements and to mention that we were bringing a youth group as part of a trip. From the moment we arrived this evening, we received a truly first-class experience. The team turned the lights and music down to accommodate our group, took everyone’s orders with patience and care, and Teale was incredibly helpful — nothing was ever too much trouble. The whole staff team were fantastic, and it ended up being the highlight of our trip out. We would highly recommend this place to any youth group or organisation. They show so much care, thoughtfulness, and consideration. Thank you for making our visit so special! We will be back again soon! :)
Huge thanks for an amazing day at Funstation I just wanted to say a massive thank you for making Saturday such a fantastic experience for our group. From start to finish, everything was brilliant! Meeting Ash during the initial planning was a pleasure – so helpful and welcoming. Special thanks to Akash – what an incredible host! The attention to detail and genuine care to ensure everyone had a great time really stood out. And thanks to the other young man (I’m so sorry I didn’t catch your name) - so lovely and helpful too. The games were a huge hit and catered for everyone. Thank you again for being so helpful and making the day so memorable. We truly appreciate all your effort and kindness.
