Only 2 stars because I was told price increases were due to tariffs and distributer was from overseas. For 1, mattress not made overseas according to tag on box spring (made in California). 2 even if materials were from China, negotiated tariffs actually brought tariffs down. Salesperson showed me letter dated October 2024 from distribution center with California phone number. In letter says 3% price surcharge was to offset tariffs. And that on January 1, 2026 they will revisit surcharge. This to me is misleading their employees into believing tariffs are due to price increase who repeat that to customers, not inflation or supply chains. Which shows how stupid they think employees and customers are to believe it. I went to another store with exact same mattress for $50 cheaper. And they themselves said tariffs are made up excuse from some businesses and California distribution centers not to blame democratic policies and cover up reality inflation and supply chain hiccups from those policies.
I don’t even know where to start! But I truly want to thank the Manager Jennifer for all the help she gave me! I walked in disappointed from getting my couches sold that was on layaway from a different company! And Jennifer was able to brighten up my whole week with her great customer service and the best offer for the couches I really want! Do you guys see these couches😍 not only are they recliners..but you have extra storage, cup holders and also charges your phone! Not to mention how cozy and comfortable they are! Perfect for the holidays coming up and my guest can be super comfortable! THANK YOU JENNIFER and her LOVELY TEAM!!🌟
Went to furniture 4 less and I have to say I was very impressed by the variety of furniture they carry. The prices were more then reasonable, i didn't feel pressured to purchase anything, took my time without feeling harassed, overall it was a great experience. And thank you Ramon, for being so detailed when I had questions. And just being a great person all together, I will be definitely recommending this place to family and friends.
Well Iv bought over 6k of furniture from here so I felt just fine going here. I was wrong. After buying a mattress and bed frame from here the mattress came back smelling like smoke. I fabreezed the hell out of it and the room still stunk like smoke. I called in to find out what I could do. So they told me the smell came from glue on the packaging and that I needed to air it out…strange so I didn’t want the mattress if they couldn’t explain why I’m getting a smoke smell. Pretty reasonable I paid for delivery and they sent me a defecting product it shouldnt be my fault. Wrong again. They told me they would charge me restocking fee at 30% as a “store policy” oh and an additional delivery fee to pick it up. Or I could have them exchange it with another mattress. So I obviously had no choice because they are trying to “fix” their mistake. I then waited for a manger to call me back as they said they said they would but guess what, no call. I called back they said they would set me up for delivery after the weekend. I waited for a text or call and yet again a big fat, nothing. I called back to see what’s going on and was told I would be getting called back again. Not saying this will be your experience I wanted to share mine so you guys can make the right decision.
