We spent over $20,000 in a single purchase at Furniture Land and are very disappointed with the experience. While not the main issue, it’s worth noting that a free Miami trip was offered at the time of sale. It was not a deciding factor for us, but despite multiple follow-ups, it was never honored, which reflects a broader issue of not standing by commitments. The main concern is that our couch failed well before a reasonable expected lifespan. We were directed to use the “world-class” warranty Furniture Land strongly promoted and assured us would fully resolve the issue, including replacement if needed. That assurance has not matched reality. The warranty provider’s handling of the claim has been unprofessional and ineffective, and the repair work did not restore the couch to acceptable condition, yet it was approved as complete. Since Furniture Land continues to recommend and stand behind this warranty provider, responsibility does not rest with the warranty company alone. There is no documented exclusion justifying denial of replacement, and communication throughout this process has been slow and dismissive. If this matter is not fully resolved by Wednesday 4th, we will pursue further action with all appropriate parties. This level of service is unacceptable given the cost of the purchase and the representations made at the time of sale. Buyers should be aware.
I must share how happy we were when visiting Furniture Land at Valley Plaza when we were in search of new recliner chairs. When we first entered we were not rushed by any salespeople. We took our time in testing them out then called Rami over who took his time with us. Between Rami and Mo, we settled on the chairs we eventually purchased and are very happy with the deal we agreed on. The chairs were delivered as promised and the guys who delivered and set up the chairs, Mario & Juan, were amazing as they knew what they were doing. Highly recommend Furniture Land!
Mario and Juan came in an set everything up making sure that every piece was in place and worked well. We absolutely love o ur new couches and the customer service in all aspects from shopping in store to the delivery! The delivery guys were GREAT!!
I am very satisfied with my order of the Cream Ashley Signature Sectional. Caroline and Basem helped me pick this sectional and I am very satisfied with it, and this is a sectional sofa. Mario and Leo did a wonderful job assembling it and modifying it the way I wanted. Would recommend it. Lighting may make it look different
Mario and Juan came in less than 10 Minutes and delivered and set my sectional up! They very were very friendly, quick and efficient! I hope they’re the ones who deliver mg breakfast nook! Thank you guys!🙏🏽🙏🏽 Efraín & Leo recently put together our brand new breakfast nook! They did it within 20 minutes or less because I didn’t even finish watching the football highlights which is 17-18 minutes long! Thank you guys again! I can’t wait to go back and add to our home!
