Got my 7 year old 3+2+2 leather suite cushions repadded and colour touch-up'd. Excellent work done. Cannot complain at all. Very professional. Sofas are brand new as if they were bought just now. Would always use Furniture Medic going forward for any furniture/upholstery work....thanks a lot Mr Andrew.
Absolutely delighted with my wonderful chair. You have transformed it from a shabby piece of furniture into a beautiful contemporary chair. You have dealt with everything I asked for to perfection and the attention to detail is astounding. Thankyou so much.
Unprofessional and dishonest! Job not fit for purpose. I asked for a rewebbing and refilling of the seat cushions of my sofa. Andy and his young helper did the work on site, I paid by bank transfer as soon as they had finished, trusting they had done the job well. Unfortunately, when I looked carefully I noticed a big gap between the seat cushions. They had positioned them in a way that the gap was not immediately visible. The foam inserts were cut shorter than the original ones by about two inches each. When I took out the foam pad out of its casing, I discovered it was not only smaller on all sides but a roughly cut and glued together two pieces of foam, not an entire piece. It seems I got something that was not made to the required size but a spare that was lying around. I now have a big gap to sit on and the sofa is worse than before he 'fixed' it. I contacted him immediately to ask for a partial refund to cover my costs of ordering new foam inserts, which are expensive! He texted me to say he would refund the difference and since then I have had no response to three reminder texts. I can accept people make mistakes but to walk away from the job without admitting the mistake and then not making amends is cowardly, completely unprofessional and unlawful. I have no other option but to look for compensation through the small claims court.
