Bought sofa from them with full 5 year warranty in 2023 this year middle seat for sofa sagged now trying to get hold off insurance company from last 90 day to get this fixed , only the tech came to look at the sofa remember 90 days only the tech came we had to call 10 times 30 min atleast wait time evwrtime the store cannot do anything as they only know how to sell insurance but when customers face issue they cannot help as Insurance is from guardsman Have bought furniture from bricks leons ashley but this is the worst place to buy in my opinion ripping people selling fake insurance where no one is coming to fix things when needed
CHECK ONLINE PRICES FOR CHEAPER UNITS FOR THE SAME FURNITURE. Very displeased with how the transaction went. I would not recommends anyone purchasing from here. They do not honour what they promise. Price was much higher despite “discounts - SHOP ELSE WHERE WILL SAVE YOU LOTS OF $$$ They do not follow their own policy. They want the sale than EVERYTHING changes.

I purchased furniture on October 4 get delivered after 8 weeks. Delivery guy missed dresser’s mirror . He promised to bring next day. After waiting 8 days I called to store. Receptionist lady said she will call me back in 10 minutes. I didn’t get any response until next day. Furniture is fine but service commitment is very poor. They don’t deliver on time and aren’t accountable for their service .
I do not recommend buying from this place, they are scammers. I bought this 8 months ago because of the workers who work in delivery, they broke this piece in the pictures, and when I called the manager and told him I have a year, if something breaks or something is wrong, I have the right to fix it. When I called the manager, he said to call a woman in service. We called more than 10 times, she said she will call you tomorrow, and she did not call. We decided to go to their headquarters more than 5 times and the same problem, they did not do anything. The last time we called, they said you have to pay 150 dollars for someone from our side to come to fix the breakage. We agreed, but no one came and they did not give me a solution to my problem. What should I do? The problem is that I paid them cash for the entire item, 2000 dollars. A very bad experience. I do not advise anyone to buy from this store. They are scammers and caused me a lot of trouble. Bad service.
