BEST SELF WASH EVER!! Trying this after having gone to waves (AVOID WAVES AT ALL COSTS) it was like going from Ibis budget to Shangri La (without the extra cost). The product quality and car condition after the wash is impeccable!! Waves left my car like a Zebra. Good prices and great product.
Fyshwick Car Wash is hands down one of the best car wash experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment you arrive, you can tell the team genuinely cares about their work. They’re not just going through the motions – every single person there is passionate, kind, and hardworking, making sure your car comes out looking its absolute best. The attention to detail is second to none. They don’t cut corners, and it shows in the final result – a spotless, polished finish every time. What really sets them apart though is the customer service. You’re greeted warmly, treated with respect, and you can tell they value every customer who walks through the door. A special mention has to go to Damo – not only does he bring amazing energy to the place, but he also makes an incredible coffee. It’s such a thoughtful touch to be able to enjoy a quality coffee while your car is being taken care of. That little extra effort makes the whole experience feel premium and personal. In a world where so many businesses rush through jobs, Fyshwick Car Wash stands out as a place that still puts pride into their work and looks after people properly. Highly recommend to anyone who values quality, honesty, and a team that goes the extra mile.
I went in after hours to get the laser wash (touchless) all it was a good experience. The only complaint I have is that the main gantry doesn’t move up or down so it just blows from the top and when you leave the wash there are bits of the car that are still wet. It should be fine as the self wash states they use filtered water and I would assume they would use the same water for the laser wash so I don’t think you have to worry about water spots. It’s a bummer they don’t have a member feature because I’d love to pop in for a wash every week. At 25$ id limit once every couple of weeks
The car wash itself is very good. I have been going there for quite some time and have had no complaints until today. Today I had a problem with the vacuum unit which had low suction and was not working properly. When the young lady representing herself as the manager came to check it out she was rude and totally dismissive, and basically told me thats how it is whether I like it or not. No apology. No refund. Nothing. She also refused to give me her name when I said I would lodge a complaint. After a couple of minutes another guy came over and smoothed the waters, offering a token for a stronger vacuum. I'm not going to let this put me off what is a very good car wash, but the "manager" need some basic training. She has no customer service skills whatsoever.
If I could give 10 stars I would. One of the best customer service experiences from start to finish. Excellent staff! Took the laser touch free car wash which is very good quality at a reasonable price. Absolutely recommended!
