Stopped in just to look, we had no real idea what we wanted...just a bedroom set. We were greeted at the door by Scott, who showed us to the area we needed and left us to browse, unlike some stores that follow you around like car salesmen, which we appreciated!! We found something we both loved, Scott promptly got us taken care of! I didnt catch the cashiers name but she waa very sweet as well! "Mack" was there of course and stopped to thank us for the business! We left at 430pm and were told "6-10pm" delivery. At 8pm two of the nicest delivery men showed up, got us set up and were out the door in maybe 45 minutes! My husband got a followup call today from Mack asking how it all went! We bought our 1st couches there 25 years ago, great service then....even better service now! The furniture is fantastic too by the way! Built in plugs for charging, a little under side night light that puts off the perfect light, velvet lined drawers....the bench on the end of the bed...its a full SEAT not a tiny beam to sit on! Nice deep drawers! 10 stars for the furniture!!!
Sales person Scott was great to work with. We were so fortunate to see Mack on this late afternoon. He sat down and visited with us! Mack is a workaholic! He was also taking part in a Gallery Furniture commercial. Mack has helped our NPO 501c3 as he has with countless others. The delivery drivers were professional, knowledgeable, and they were very careful not to scratch or damage any of our new furniture, flooring, doors, etc. I was very impressed with Jonathan and BJ! Another deserving 5 stars for sure. Our second big purchase from Gallery and honestly won’t shop anywhere else. Their furniture is top quality American made as advertised. My husband works in high end custom cabinetry and knows a quality product when he sees it. The best part is their sales team. Absolutely zero pressure to buy and are helpful and knowledgeable. We worked with Amish Matt and answered all our questions and never once pressured us into buying. Same day delivery and free haul away can’t be match anywhere else. Getting a call from Mac to make sure our experience was positive and delivery was as expected is truly the definition of a business owner who cares and is involved. Gallery had a repeat customer and will recommend to anyone. Thank you again Gallery team keep up the good work and make American made furniture great again!!!
It is my first time I purchase furniture from Gallery Furniture. I am beyond satisfied with the customer service from in house to home delivery. It was the fastest delivery to ever experience. My family and I got a good deal on Black Friday special and took a picture with the Houston Legend Mr. Mattress Mack. Thank you all!!!!
My aunt was the one who recommended Gallery Furniture to me — her sofa is the most comfortable one ever, perfect for a nap or a Harry Potter marathon. And now I finally have my own comfy sofa! We went looking for a specific model, and even though it wasn’t at the Richmond location, they added my info and the sofa details into their system so the next store would know exactly what we were looking for. Both stores are huge with tons of options. We tried the sofa, I loved it, and we bought it with zero-interest financing. Gustavo was super patient and helpful. My husband even got Mack to sign his cap — made his day 😄 The sofa was delivered the same day for free, and the delivery team was fast and careful. The next morning, Mack called to make sure we were happy with everything. Amazing customer service. Highly recommend Gallery Furniture!
