My garage hadn’t been working for years we needed a new garage door opener and a new tracking system.Alex the tech that came and meet with us was very friendly and was very patient with us and answered all are questions I was able to schedule an appointment quickly. I am very satisfied with the job he provided.

From start to finish, his communication was clear, timely, and professional. He took the time to thoroughly test the system, explained what he was doing, and ensured everything was operating properly before completing the job. What truly stood out was his honesty and professionalism there was absolutely no pressure to purchase unnecessary parts or services. He focused on what was needed, provided straightforward information, and earned my trust through his approach.
Great service. Spring broke at around 6pm. Called and Dustin called me back and said he could come this evening and repair it. Very courteous and got it repaired with all new moving parts in about 45 minutes. Highly recommend,!!
I can’t thank Alec and the team at Garage Door Masters enough! When we came home, the garage door struggled to open and once we finally got it open even after using the emergency release we couldn’t get it to close. I reached out to garage door masters, and they immediately dispatched Alec to my house. After a quick survey of my garage door, he identified a broken spring. Unfortunately, the spring that was used on my garage door is proprietary and is only available from the manufacturer. He offered me multiple solutions to repair the broken spring and even provided a military discount! Once the spring was replaced, he made sure the door was balanced, lubricated and even checked the second door of my garage to ensure it was in good working order. Garage door, masters offers quality service at reasonable prices and response quickly when you have an issue. I can’t say enough kind words about Alec. Highly recommend this company if you have a garage door problem!

After receiving an HOA compliance notification to replace my 20-year-old garage door, the process seemed daunting. However, from the first call, Garage Door Masters made it a stress-free experience. Dustin promptly explained all options, including the pros and cons of repair versus replacement. His honest and knowledgeable advice led to the decision to install a new door. The new, state-of-the-art contemporary garage door was installed by Mark the very next day. We love our new door. It’s one of the best looking doors in our neighborhood. The app-based control is a significant upgrade. The entire interaction with Dustin, Mark, and Garage Door Masters was professional, honest, and efficient. The final result and service were excellent.
