Reasonable prices, excellent communication, flexible with ordering, delivery/pick up was timely and very helpful, would highly recommend!
If I could give a zero that's what would be given.. my father was a lifelong customer. We created many memories of stories about his favorite place to eat. So when we hired you to cater my father's reception to honor his passing and u did not show up that's says it all!! You forgot? After the thousands we paid for your services, you failed to uphold your end. That truly shows how u honor ur customers. Our family showed up to no food, luckily our we endured and had to go buy our own food to continue our celebration. You sure did leave an impression on us and it's not the greatest one. U did more damage than just not showing up!
We hired Garcia’s catering for an event and they showed up 10 minutes AFTER the party had already started to set up food. Unfortunately, we also hired their bartenders for our event, who were the same staff members tasked with setting up the food, which meant they didn’t have the bar set up until an hour after the event had started. Not only did our guests literally have to teach them how to make the most basic of cocktails/mixed drinks, but they didn’t come with ANYTHING other than ice and a bottle opener. “Bartenders” not having bartending tools and supplies is like a house painter showing up with no paint brushes. Would never recommend or use again.
WOW!!! I hired them to caterer during balloon fiesta for 135 people. The food was absolutely delicious!!! Beef & chicken tacos, beef & chicken enchiladas, beans, rice, chips and salsa. It's hard hiring someone you've never worked with. Working with Garcia's was so easy. Thank you to all for making our Monaco International event a huge success!!
I usually love Garcia's....but today not so good. I went in for my favorite Nacho Supreme the chips were old and tasted terrible. I reached out to the store manager (Marcella) which has terrible customer service and wanted to argue with me. So I went a step ahead and called Corp Office. Spoke with a very nice young lady. Hopefully they'll speak with Marcella and give her additional training 👎👎👎well needed.
