I recently visited you guys and unfortunately had a negative experience with one of the employees his name ( SAMRAT Vij ) The staff member I interacted with was dismissive and spoke in a disrespectful tone and very rude which made the experience unpleasant. I understand that everyone can have an off day, but as a customer, I believe professionalism and courtesy should always be maintained. I hope management can address this issue and provide additional training to ensure future interactions reflect the company’s usual standards of service.
This one is bigger than the one on Merivale Rd and Hunt Club beside Canadian Tire. Just wondered some of the items prices are not the same under the same company name " Rona"⁉️🤔
Excellent service. My wife and I have made 4 separate recent visits to the Lowe's garden centre at 330 W. Hunt Club Rd. in Nepean to purchase paving stones, and every time the staff took good care of us. As an example, I have a ruptured quadricep and as a result I cannot lift anything. When my wife selected all the paving stones, river rock, and other related products for the garden she is working on, the staff loaded up our buggy and then transferred everything to our SUV. In fact,the last earlier this week, the fork lift driver picked up the entire pallet of paving stones and drove it to our SUV, where 3 other Lowe's members loaded up our SUV with the required amount - I was amazed by this! Little things like this make me say that Lowe's are great people and you should visit them whenever you have an upcoming job.
We had our kitchen designed by jamal Mustafa. Our family is very happy with the result. He directed us also to the brand we should buy. Also the store manager at this store is very cool. He seems to treat everyone the same no matter who you are. I feel the Unity of the Associates doing there best when we shop at this store thankyou lowes.
DO NOT DO CURBSIDE PICKUP HERE! Every other retailer has a slick system. This Lowe's emails you to pre-book a thirty minute window that means nothing. I called upon arrival and have since sat in my car for thirty minutes while not a single employee has come out. I called the store to check what was going on and they told me they only had one loader who was busy with other orders. Having sat outside the door for 30 minutes waiting I can confirm that was a lie. Just a disaster of a store. Order from the nearby Rona or Canadian Tire.
