I had a horrible situation where the computer (macbook pro) that i needed taken a look at burned down with my car and I completely spaced on calling them back to cancel. Arian showed up, waited for me to panic and get clothes on from a full sleep and after hearing and seeing pictures of the situation he was extremely understanding, compassionate, and empathetic. I can tell off our short interaction what a high class person Arian is. I will be calling geeks2you and specifically Arian for any of my future computer repair needs.
Arian was phenomenal. Quick, educated, friendly and exceptional customer service. Highly recommend and If I have any other computer issues will definitely be a returning customer.
I have highest praises for Seth Fox at Geeks 2 You for helping me to gain access into my family's desktop and laptop computers several years after my husband suddenly passed away. Seth's tech abilities were evident during the entire process. Without Seth's help, the loss of the data, including photos, documents, research articles, family history and more would have been difficult to recoup and recreate. Seth also took on a complicated AV and media project with many components needing organization and updating. I appreciate his work ethic, easy-going manner, vast experience with all things technical and his kind disposition. Seth and Geeks 2 You gets five stars from me. Highly recommended! UPDATE. Unfortunately I canned recommend this company. When issues came up the company based down Tucson did not provide support. My technical issues were not resolved.
Geek2You and Seth are the Best! First time using their services and it was excellent. Set-up our laptops and cell phone for business. Thanks for such wonderful assistance. You're our new go to for tech services.
Had an intermittent problem with my new PC. Called G2Y and they sent out a tech the next morning. The tech called to let me know he was on his way and showed up on time. Seth was the tech that came out and handled the situation. He was polite, professional and knowledgeable as well as easy to talk to and work with. It's never easy to diagnose an intermittent problem but after some troubleshooting he had it narrowed down to a couple possible issues. He was able to get the computer running again in just a couple hours. Since the problem was intermittent, there was a lot of restarting and rebooting of the computer to test different components in order to narrow it down to what hardware was causing the issue. It appeared to be a ram or ram slot issue and I will still have to see if the fix worked completely but I was satisfied with the diagnosis, explanation and the fix. Fingers crossed and hoping that the issue doesn't return and if it does Seth gave me a plan to deal with it. I've used Geeks2You several times before and they are always professional and easy to work with as well as fair and reasonable with their pricing. They are my go to guys when I have a problem with my PC that I just can't figure out on my own.
