Our mini split system wasn't heating. James came out and got it diagnosed and up and running. There were some unavoidable costs, but he worked with us best he could and there have been no issues since. Great service, thanks James.
Reached out to Gem Heating and Air Conditioning after finding out our dryer vent was not up to code and a potential fire hazard. James came out the next day, went over quotes with different options, explaining the pros and cons of each, wasn't pushy whatsoever and didn't try to upsell us. We decided a direction and he came out and completed the work the next day. The work was done quickly and they left my space cleaner than they found it. Will 100% be using them for any HVAC needs going forward.
Fast response time, transparency, documentation, and personalization. I am happy with y'all's service call and look forward to working with you all in the future. I hired the company to come out and do a seasonal inspection, and they found a handful of items that the previous installers overlooked either in haste or carelessness. We put together a plan to keep the system running at peak performance after the initial evaluation that exposed issues that reveal a darker story for the other company I hired last year.
James did a great job installing a new hot water heater on our property. He also agreed to inspect 3 questionably installed mini splits. All in all, we were very satisfied with the service he provided and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for plumbing or HVAC service.
