Got the premium wash and wasn’t overly impressed, overall seemed like a half arsed job. back of the car looked like it had barely been vaccumed and the boot hadnt even been touched. The centre console & pocket inside the doors also hadnt been vaccumed which I wouldve thought would be included in an internal clean. While the car looked cleaner, for the price I wouldve expected a slightly more thorough clean.
Amazing service, have used them for premium car cleaning over the last year or so. My car always looks absolutely brand new when I come to collect it. Great prices, friendly & a convenient service. Thank you Sam! See you next time!
Had such a great experience the first time I took my car here, I have been coming back with my car ever since then. Staff were really helpful and efficient, and the quality of work really out of my expectation. Reasonable prices for the good quality of service. Highly recommend this place!
I had a fantastic experience at the car wash! The service was excellent, and my car came out looking spotless and shiny. A special shout-out to Prince, who did an amazing job. Beyond happy with my recent car wash by the guys at Gem Waterloo. I had the platinum wash. My car hadn’t been cleaned internally for 2-3 years. It was filthy. There was crud on the buttons, indicators etc and this was all cleaned back to like new. The amour on the doors made them look amazing. My boot was covered in sand and dirt and so were the floors and they all came up amazing. It was like driving a new car again. Very thankful for their service and highly recommend having this done. Wish I’d taken before photos to see the difference. Thanks again. Will make sure I get this done again and wont leave it so long in between washes.
