Genesis diamonds helped us custom make the most perfect ring! I had chosen 2 rings and said I want parts off each and a colored 2ct center stone and they made it happen! It’s so gorgeous thanks to Chris Clark, all our visions have come true! A ring fit for a princess! It feels like a ring from Cinderella. Such an amazing experience, we felt so special!
Vetta was great! She let me play around with different rings to find one I loved, but it was just too big for my taste. She suggested having a smaller version shipped from another store. It came in quickly and was perfect! Vetta helped find my ring size and sent the ring off to be sized. Again, it came back quickly and was the perfect fit. Vetta was friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. I love my new ring and had a great experience at Genesis!
Genesis diamonds did an amazing job upgrading my diamond and keeping my original ring intact! That was very important to me. After having another so pleasant experience with Kays trying to make me buy a whole new ring, the experience with Genesis was priceless! The customer service there was nothing other than greatness! We definitely will be back!
My husband has gotten me several pieces at Genesis to include my wedding ring, and we won’t shop at any another jeweler. Not only is their staff AMAZING and make you feel like the only customer in the building, the quality of every piece they carry is hands down and by far the best in Louisville. Recently, I accidentally put my Tacori ring in cleaner and thought I destroyed it. It looked tarnished beyond repair. I brought it in on a Tuesday and picked it up on Friday. I’m stunned and amazed that it looks brand new! I wish I took better pictures (last one is when I picked it up), but when I tell you it looked like I bought a new ring, I’m not exaggerating. I am a long time customer and will continue to be. If you stop in, you won’t be sorry.
This was by far some of the best customer service I’ve ever had! I called Genesis in a pinch because the ring I ordered wasn’t arriving on time… I made the call to Genesis on Tuesday and by Thursday, they had put together the ring I wanted. Several people jumped on board to help me out including Brandon and Chris, both of which went out of their way to call around and hunt until they found what was needed to get me this ring. After Chris updated me many many times, I had the ring Thursday afternoon for the proposal Friday! Chris even sent me updates as the ring was in production (included above). When picking up the ring, customer service was also very great and the staff welcomed me in. I would definitely recommend Genesis! It has been an incredible experience the past few days and I look forward to coming back to shop for wedding bands soon :)
