Trey and Tiger are amazing trainers. They are my son's Jr football coaches and Trey has been does a speed camp for the kids during off season. They are absolutely great with the kids! The reason for my 4/5 is for the sign on the wall that says "Energy Creates Energy", which I understand is a life / psych perspective not a scientific one, as energy cannot be created or destroyed. Otherwise I do like this gym.
We have been using genesis for about 3 months now. We switched to genesis for our kids who play tennis, first off wow! Brittany does an awesome job leading the tennis at the site on central! The work she does with our kids is tremendous, she sets the example as the coach brining a positive attitude and setting that tone with kids rubs off, it has made a huge difference in how our kids play tennis. Then, you mix that in with her staff of Garrett, Isabella, and Andreaus just absolutely tremendous the personal relationships they build with our kids is absolutely second to none! When we started the process of changing coaches and doing the evaluation lesson they do with the kids our kids said first thing, “mom & dad, can we switch here? They are so positive always smiling and make tennis fun!” Our kids not only look at Brittany as a coach they call her their friend! 😀 Now the rest of the staff I can at least speak for Trey one of the trainers he’s always smiling and such an encouragement I just cannot compliment him and the rest of the staff enough about what they do in just being courteous and polite as you walk by they give you a fist pump, ask you, “hey what are you working today?” It really makes the gym a place you want to be!
When I first signed up beginning of June I could tell by the lanky posture of the GM he did not represent the product/ services of the establishment. I was offered by him a special promotion on monthly membership. And purchased a 3 month personal training package. Due to work, I had to leave town so canceled my gym membership. The GM promised to waive cancellation fee due to amount ive spent and only charge last month's fee. Through my duration there I paid over $3100 dollars for membership, personal training, genmeals, and nutrient products. Now he is attempting to collect a 4th month of personal training I never agreed to- nor received the training. + the cancellation fee he said he would waive. A total of $935.24. As much as this location charges, the gym has no reason in being in such pour condition of ventilation and leaks. The personal trainers claimed to have requested at least fans be installed. The GM would randomly call me just to keep tabs on my account and the purchases I would make. The personal trainers and the gym members deserve better for the $75/month membership.
Grabbing a $20 day pass that last 24 hours was great, especially since I'm only here for 2 days. The staff and location is great, but I'm not a fan of the layout of the location. I would come back again if I come back to this area.
Work out, swim, play tennis, run laps, weights and weight machines. I love the groups, Group Power, Group Cycle, Core Challenge, etc. The best instructors and really saving my life and restoring health. Thank you so much to Tonya and Anne and all the instructors for so much dedication and hard work!
