I have folliculitis on a sensitive area and medically needed this laser treatment to finally put an end to it. I called a few local Lubbock spots similar to Genesis Med Spa, and they quoted me 5-6 times higher than Genesis did for the same area and same treatment type. I really appreciate the honest pricing that Genesis has and will use them for any future needs, as well as recommend them to friends.
Katy was THE NICEST person I’ve ever met. Explained every little detail but also went out of her way to make conversation and make me feel like I was cared for. Absolutely recommend her and Genesis MedSpa to EVERYBODY 💓
Totally love this spa. Everything is top notch - like the Dysport party today. No skimping on the great deals and the yummy treats, just exquisite. The young ladies who work here are fun to be around, very unstuffy and well trained. Aly, a registered nurse, is incredibly skilled and will tell you straight out whether something will work for you. Trust her and her team
