Vivek Poudel is easy to talk to and grounded in how he approaches his patients. He listens carefully, explains things clearly, and doesn’t overcomplicate the process. Appointments feel efficient but personal, and the guidance has been genuinely helpful.
Absolutely amazing staff, attentive and courteous..My doctor was prompt, full of knowledge, and engaged in our discussion. Her manner put me at ease and was relatable when I bacon sharing during the session. Will be coming back!

She listens to understand and has a remarkable way of genuinely connecting with you, making you feel comfortable to share anything you want to talk about and never feel judged or embarrassed because there’s mutual trust and respect between you both as well as genuine care and commitment to be part of your journey towards whatever goal or healing you are wanting to achieve for yourself. She meets you where you are at and guides you through discovering your own strengths and abilities that you?ve always had in you and she will encourage and support you while also celebrate with you the achievements you make along the way! She’s incredibly talented and skilled at her profession but most importantly, she has a gift for seeing people on a deeper level and that is truly remarkable! I was a patient of Dr A in 2020 for my first ever Psychiatric office appointments, and I was very pleased with my care. And when I had an insurance change, I unfortunately had to start seeing another psych or two. After going to other psychs, I realized I did not feel very comfortable with my care anymore. The moment I got another insurance carrier in network with mind matters, I reached out for an appt hoping that despite the growth and new locations mind matters was experiencing, that the care would still be as great as 4 years back. 4 years later and more growth, the office is still the best Psych office I’ve ever been to. Truly, coming back this year has made me that much more appreciative of Dr A with his support, knowledge of medicine/supplements, integrity, other health conditions, quick responses, kind staff.. best office ever!
I’ve been a patient for years now, and I have loved the experience. They make it convenient to get treatment via telehealth. They are really great when it comes to refilling prescriptions and communication when needed. Dr.Haymond is an absolute gem, a great listener, discerning and deliberate in prescribing the most personalized and effective treatment. She’s super knowledgeable and cares about patients and their results. She, and the entire team are awesome!
