Ghost Gym is absolutely one of the best gyms I’ve ever trained at. Amazing powerlifting and bodybuilding equipment you won’t find anywhere else, open 24/7, with great music and an exciting, motivating atmosphere. It’s always clean, everyone puts their weights away, and the community is top-tier. You’re also supporting a small business and get to know the owner personally, which makes it feel special. A true boutique gym experience! Whether you’re a powerlifter, weightlifter, bodybuilder, or a beginner just trying to stay in shape and learn, this gym really has it all. Totally worth the price.
I visited when out of town using a guest pass. Great atmosphere, full of good, friendly folks excited to lift there. The ton of equipment at the facility was so clean you'd swear the old school machine you were using was installed yesterday. The best part? The owner made a special effort to be available during off hours to let me in to workout. How do you beat that?

Been going to Ghost Gym for the past two years. Nothing but positive things. Iv'e always enjoyed getting in my early workouts here. The gym is always super clean and the environment is motivating and the crowd is very supportive. Ive talked to the owner, Alex, a few times and he really does care about taking care of the place and making sure everybody has a good experience. He also buys/trades gym equipment. Some pieces are very unique and I have never used better equipment before. Creating a workout if you go to this gym may be hard, because there are so many great machines, power racks, and barbells, that the workout plans and splits are endless! 10/10 Gym, and for sure the best gym in Miami at the moment.
I loved training at this gym! Went for a day pass while traveling and it was very clean, had everything you need, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. When I’m back in Miami will definitely return.
