Real scenic location and dining area, I got the gold empire roll and it was ridiculously good, they were real busy with a lunch rush and had to take a bit on my order, but they gave me a complimentary house dish that was also insanely delicious. Highly highly recommend getting any of their sushi, that is where Ginza shines.
First off, best service you can get. Second, if I'm doing sushi, I order the boat. Its good food and the price isn't 'downtown' for a downtown sushi grill. Its worth a try with no worries.
Ginza Sushi & Ramen in Boise, Idaho was one of those unexpected finds that ends up becoming a favorite. We were just driving by when this cute little place caught our eye, so we decided to stop in — and I’m so glad we did. The moment we walked through the door, we were blown away. It’s the perfect low-key spot: cozy, clean, relaxed vibe, and such welcoming energy. The staff greeted us right away, and the service stayed friendly and fast all night. We started with miso soup and gyoza, and both were exactly what you hope for — hot, flavorful, and super fresh. From there, we went a little crazy and ordered a mix of sushi rolls. Every roll came out beautifully plated and tasted incredible. You can really tell they care about quality and presentation. A special shoutout to our server, Tommi, who made our first visit extra special. She checked in at the perfect times, had great recommendations, and made us feel right at home. Overall, I highly recommend Ginza Sushi & Ramen if you’re looking for delicious sushi, ramen, and great service in Boise. We’ll definitely be back again — this one’s going on our regular rotation!
Cured my post-Japan trip depression. Will definitely come back! The unagi and beef ramen were both great. Better than Nara and Yoi Tomo in my opinion.
Best sushi in Boise, hands down. Best prices, best staff, best owner. They’ve come through for me a couple times with last-minute event catering. AND. They also have the beef ramen I’ve had outside of Tokyo. 🍜
