I'm thrilled with the work Gittelson Jewelers did with my mother's Cartier watch. I was so happy to inherit it, but it wasn't working and Mike said he could make it look like new and he did. Now the watch looks beautiful runs perfectly and the bracelet looks as good as it ever has. I'm so happy to have my mother's heirloom as a remembrance.
They also do watch repairs! I brought in two watches that I inherited from my grandfather and they both replaced the batteries and removed links to ensure that the bands fit my wrist. The staff was so friendly and personable, and you can tell that they have been doing this for years. Can't beat the convenience of dropping by during your lunch hour in the skyways. Recommend checking them out!

Came in to have a ring resized that I bought vintage with some damage to the band. Gittleson exceeded my expectations and not only resized the ring perfectly, but returned the ring to me in better condition than I thought possible! The ring looks brand new, all the scuffing and damage taken care of and the ring has been brought back to its former glory! Had the best customer service experience and I will be back!
