I visited the Keller location to redeem a free tan promotion advertised on your Instagram page for new sign-ups. Upon arrival, the front desk staff were polite and welcoming. I was asked to complete a questionnaire, but when I attempted to submit the first page, I was notified that I already had an existing account. Both front desk employees attempted to locate my information using my first name, last name, and date of birth, but no account could be found. I explained multiple times that I have never been to any of your locations nor used any of your services. Despite this, I was told that approval was required to honor the promotion. After waiting approximately 15–20 minutes, I was informed that the coupon would not be accepted. This was frustrating, as no account could be located under my information, yet I was still treated as though I was ineligible. Following this, I was then offered a membership, which felt inappropriate given the circumstances and the refusal to honor the advertised promotion. While the staff remained professional in their demeanor, the overall experience was disappointing and did not reflect the expectations set by the promotion.

Went there for the first time tonight. I took my daughter to get a spray tan before she goes to the homecoming dance. The girls working there were rude and not very knowledgeable. They told my daughter she could shower after 3 hours and now it looks like she didn’t even get a spray tan. A wasted $50
I’ve been a loyal member of Glo Tanning for many years, but unfortunately, the quality of service has declined significantly—especially at both the Keller and Alliance locations. First, the employee turnover is out of control. There’s always someone new who isn’t properly trained, and there’s rarely (if ever) a manager on duty to oversee operations or resolve issues. The biggest and most consistent problem? Towels and robes are almost NEVER clean or available. Every visit feels like a guessing game—“Will I get a clean robe today?” “Will there be any towels at all?” The excuse is always the same: “The washer or dryer is broken.” This has been happening for months, and it's clear that either nothing is being done to fix the issue or no one cares enough to follow through. I’ve even had to wear a robe with no belt tie, which is uncomfortable and inappropriate when walking through the salon. A few specific examples: At the Keller location, I once needed to use the restroom after tanning but was told it was already cleaned and closed for the night—30 minutes before closing. Completely unacceptable. At the Alliance location, I pay extra each month to access the "Magic" bed. I had tried to use it several times in one week, but it was always broken. When it finally became available, I was told they had "put me in line" while I used a spa service. After I finished, I was informed that an employee bumped me out of line and gave my spot to someone else. When I questioned it, the staff admitted it and offered no apology—just told me I could wait or use another bed. I agreed to switch to the P90 bed, but while I was about to get in, another employee knocked on my door and asked me to leave because someone else was "supposed" to be in that room. Completely unprofessional. These experiences aren't isolated—they’re the norm now. I’ve contacted customer service multiple times, and nothing changes. Glo Tanning needs leadership in its salons—actual managers or responsible adults on-site to maintain consistency and accountability. I’m not saying young staff can’t do a good job, but they clearly need guidance, training, and better oversight.
The girls at Glo-Keller location have always been incredibly kind, helpful and professional. I’ve been a client for about a month and have loved my experience every time I come in. I’m always greeted with a smile and feel well taken care of. The only recommendation I would have is for the store to be properly staffed with the right amount of workers so their current staff is not worn out on a day to day basis. I believe I see the same 4 girls that I come in..that doesn’t seem right considering the number of days you are open/hours. The girls that currently work there deserve a raise and I hope they are well taken care of! I look forward to my visits!
