I just had a wax and lash oppointment here and l really loved it! The lady was very kind en she did everything so gentle. I’m so happy with the result! Really recommend going here!
Connie did such an amazing job with my lash lift, they turned out so curly and can’t believe this is my natural length!! I definitely recommend her for your next appointment. I also got waxed last week and she was very gentle and detail oriented. 10/10 experience!!
She is very nice and kind professional. great communication with client, she know how to service , nicely explain each service , trying to find what client want , and trying best as much as client want . If you tell her more detail about your desire of your eyebrow or lash, you will get best results that what you want . I had worry and doesn't like experience of other shop. but when I talk to here in person, I was relieved to took eyebrow and lash session.
I was this close to crying in the salon - I had a previous bad waxing experience at a different place that left my naturally arched eyebrows uneven and sparse. My hair is very thin and weak, it took me over 6 months to grow back the hair, and I was excited to have it cleaned up by someone who understood Asian eyebrows. I read all the glowing reviews about Connie and decided to visit a week before my birthday as a self-care treat. Since I didn’t schedule an appointment, I waited a few minutes before Connie was free which is totally understandable. However, when she was free, she had me sit in a regular chair and immediately started prepping and waxing my brows without consulting my opinion or preference. I was surprised, but I decided to trust her judgement which I now regret. When she was done and I checked myself in the mirror, I was horrified to see that my brows were once again waxed too thin, arches gone, and the tails were uneven like curved tadpoles with my left brow (right for the pics) shorter than the other. When I told Connie this, she told me that I should’ve told her that I preferred different brows at the beginning, but she never even asked me before immediately starting?? The only reasons why this review is not lower is because I will take some fault in not stating my preferences before she started, and after seeing my shock Connie kindly waived my session price and advised me to come back in two weeks for her to touch them up. I may return, but it will take a much longer time for my brows to grow back to a reasonable length.
I love going to Connie for my eyelash perms! She is so professional, clean, and perms my lashes perfectly to my eye shape and my face. I am definitely going to be a regular. She is also very kind and positive. I highly recommend.
