I just had a wonderful shopping experience at this GNC with the store manager, James. He was absolutely fantastic! Very informative, clearly very educated about what he is selling and was the nicest customer service representative I have dealt with in a long time. I would drive out of my way to come to this GNC in the future just because of his service.
Great store! Product availability 5 stars, Knowledgeable personnel 5 stars, customer service 5 stars!!! I was looking for a particular product, and called 6 GNC's in Dallas and surrounding areas, and nobody had the product. Then I decided to call this location, although it would be a long drive for me, and I'm so glad I did. That was the only store that had the product! James was very polite and even went to check the shelves to make sure the product was available. When I told him, that it's a long way off for me and I could pick it up the next day, he offered to hold it until then at the cash register. The next day, when I arrived there, Robbie was attending the store, when I told him that I have a product on hold, he looked everywhere until he found it. That is excellent customer service, exceptional! Robbie was knowledgeable about the availability of the product. He was professional and patient in answering my many questions. While all the GNCs basically carry the same products, it comes down to the customer service that really matters from a consumers' point of view, and that's why this store deserves the highest praise: James and Robbie make for a professional team, that represents the GNC brand in the best possible way.
Love this store, everyone is extremely helpful and knowledgable of the products. They always greet me & make me feel welcomed when I come in!
Love this location!!! I accidentally bought the wrong flavor pre workout at a different location, stopped by this location the next day and Garrett was able to honor my purchase and allow me to exchange the product for the flavor I wanted. If you need anything from a GNC I recommend this location above all others.
