Go Place est un spa et centre de bien-être haut de gamme situé à Markham, offrant une échappée sereine avec des installations ultramodernes. Cet établissement comprend diverses cabines de sauna, des jacuzzis, des hammams et une salle froide à des fins thérapeutiques. Les clients peuvent profiter de massages professionnels, se détendre dans des fauteuils de luminothérapie rouges ou dans une salle de projection, et dîner dans un restaurant sur place proposant des plats et boissons savoureux. I LOVE this place! I have been here 5 times over the last 2-3 years and plan to keep going. The service is incredible, from the helpful staff willing to take the time to explain the differences between their massage chairs to the many staff who do a wonderful job at keeping all the facilities clean and enjoyable. I am always delighted with their food and very much enjoy their mixed juice drinks (my favorite is Sunset Sky). I have taken 6 people to experience this place and every one of them has been impressed and wanted to go back. I prefer to make this a 8-9 hour visit when I go. Highly recommend a visit to anyone who wants a relaxing and rejuvenating experience 😊
I have very mixed reviews about this place. I’ve been a few times and every time my experience is different. This time around, I was very surprised to see hardly anyone around which I am very pleased with. Not crowded, there were beds available unlike my previous busy where it was overcrowded. My only complaint is the lack of footwear allowed. They should provide footwear instead of gauging clients to pay for them specially when they don’t allow personal flip flops. It is so unsanitary and unsafe to be walking around specially in the pool area. Where it’s wet and easily spread bacteria around. This should not be allowed. But I was told many times I can’t use my own flip flops, not even in the shower. If I get athletes foot it will not be pleasant. My massage was fantastic. Mindy was excellent. I booked for non rmt massage and she was great. Food was mid. Nothing to talk about and cost more than what they offer. But I guess they capture you in that there’s nothing else available. Drinks were highway robbery. I would say just drink water ha ha. I still give them 4 stars because the place is very clean. And when you go at the right time where it is not crowded, it’s actually quite pleasant.
Pricey and upper class . Their entrance is a little excessive - I feel like they can better their check in process and walk through. Each “check point” was stressful instead of easy. I feel like they shouldn’t give free robes or a set and just maintain their sold robes as standard. Great place to come and lounge - the products are all l'occitane and smelled so good. Equipped with Dyson and jacuzzi area was awesome . Had a blast with my friends. I suggest you also try their eatery. Helpful staff and clean facility. Their deep tissue massage was worth it. All in all I left their feeling rejuvenated. Thank you !
After seeing this spa online for years, finally decided to check it out. We walked in early afternoon and booked massages on the spot. They provide you the bracelet and a briefing on the place. Inside it’s absolutely stunning. Very clean and smells heavenly. Change Rooms: On the girls side you get your slippers and suit. Recommend to write your name under your slipper. Plenty of stations to sit and dry your hair (Dyson dryers) and other essentials like body lotions etc. There are only three change rooms which had a wait time, when it’s busy, the locker area is packed. In this area, you will also have access to the hot tubs, cold shower, steam rooms, showers and bathrooms. Facilities: Various sauna rooms (different temperatures), cold room (so relaxing), the gym is equipped with a pool table, if you don’t have shoes, they have a wall full of them (different sizes) Red therapy chairs/room: relaxing, movie room, dark and huge( full recliner beds) with blankets, you can easily take a nap. Several lounge chairs around to sit, the space is constantly being cleaned. Food: We got bubble tea, wings, chicken. Everything came in a timely manner and it was delicious, you pay with your wrist band. Massages: Held on the 2nd floor, the massages (Remy) is fairly pricey compared to non rmt. the massage wasn’t the best I ever had but it got the job done. Overall, the experience was great, we easily spent 8 hours and I could have easily spent more. 10/10
Had a very relaxing and enjoyable spa day at Go Place! This was my third time visiting with the overall service and food at the restaurant getting better each time. All of the staff are very attentive and efficient. I went on a holiday in the afternoon to late evening and as people noted it was a bit loud in the main lounge common area. However, there are areas that are on the quieter side (ex. theatre comfort room and jacuzzi area) and complimentary ear plugs are provided. I also had an oriental foot massage from the Go Spa from Hanna who was very friendly, welcoming and provided a tranquil experience. Would definitely come back again.
