would give 0 stars if i could, brought my pc there and got charged for examination fee and payed after they said the work is done then the same exact problem occurred (pc not turning on) called them and the lady said i can get a refund and then a day later called again she said no refund, dont know what happened to the previous people working here but these new people are not it, the old lady is a absolute nightmare lmfao. the dude said he fixed my pc and it was working perfectly when it was in his shop but refused to provide any proof. he started waffling about some podcast and startup sequence ngl i think i know more about computers than this dude. anyways im not gonna further press them for this little scam just avoid them to save your time and energy.
Needed some thermal paste to replace my cpu. The lady sold me a tube for $35. Told me it's the best stuff and that's a great price. Turns out that thermal paste retails for $18! So I paid double the price. Oh well, it got the job done 👍 They are a bit too pricey at 200% retail, will shop online on future.
Amazing experience ! I can’t recommend this computer repair shop highly enough! I brought my computer in about four days ago after being told by several other IT shops that it couldn’t be repaired – or being quoted outrageous amounts like $1,000. Thankfully, I found this gem of a place! The lady at the reception, Ross was incredibly kind, down-to-earth and genuinely helpful. She speaks Hokkien, Cantonese, and Mandarin – which made communication so easy and comforting for me. She mentioned her son is the one who does the repair work, and honestly, they both went above and beyond. Not only did they successfully repair my computer, but they did it for only $85 – an absolute miracle compared to what I was told elsewhere. It's rare to come across such honest, skilled, and caring service these days. I’ll definitely be coming back for any future tech issues, and I’ll be recommending them to all my friends and family too!
Staff were absolutely amazing and so helpful. Joseph the optometrist was so professional and thorough with my eye issues and made me feel welcome and comfortable He's definitely your man and will talk you through the process for any needs for eye care. 10 out of 10 for me. Highly highly recommend to come here. Thank you.
