Terrible service and poor quality. My fiancé purchased earrings here, but they were not good. During exchange, they gave lower weight earrings without adjusting the price. Staff behavior was rude and disrespectful. Completely unprofessional.
WORST Service ever. One of the customer agent in the front quoted me SAME price for 7 g and 10 g item and when I asked she started making excuses. Then the owner lady showed up and she overcharged me by 500$ (on a 1500$ item) for the gold price for that day and when I confronted her she had NO EXCUSE. The calculations DONT ADD up. They are BIG RIP OFFS!!! DONT GO THERE!!!! IK NO DE THAGGG Update: According to the market rate on 1/17/26 it is 145$ per g and I got 7.1 g item and it should be 1029$ and they charged me 1500$. Taxes would be max 80-100$ and max 50-100$ for craftsmanship. You CANT charge 400-500$ for craftsmanship and taxes lol. It's not our first time buying gold!!!! WHEN I CONFRONTED THE OWNER LADY ON PHONE SHE HAD NO EXCUSEE... BECAUSE THEY KNOW THEY ARE FRAUDDD and RIP OFFSS TRYNA TAKE PEOPLE"S HARD EARNED MONEYY... FRAUDD THAGGGG IK NO DEEE!!! BUYERS BEWAREEEE!!!!!
Very disappointing and upsetting experience. A few weeks ago, my wife and I visited Gobind Jewellery Shop in Fresno. We purchased three gold bars, and later when we went to a different jeweller to sell one of the bars, we were told that one bar was not genuine gold. We were shocked and immediately contacted Gobind Jewellery Shop. Despite having the original receipt with serial numbers and photos taken on the day of purchase, they completely denied selling us that bar. Everything matched, yet our complaint was dismissed. On top of this, the customer service was extremely poor. The lady at the reception spoke to both me and my wife very rudely and disrespectfully, which made an already stressful situation much worse. As a result, we have lost $4,500 and are now seeking legal advice to understand what options we have. This has been a very painful experience, and I am sharing it so others can be cautious. Please be very careful before buying anything from this shop.

Their gold and diamond collection is stunning — very unique designs that you don’t find everywhere. Prices were fair and transparent, and the service felt very personal. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for high-quality jewelry with excellent customer care. Will definitely come back again!
